Don’t- don’t give her that much sugar, Thor, holy crap! She’s half-Jotun and inherited their propensity to go into a glucose induced manic state. The last time it happened, she started Shifting so frequently that she was completely unidentifiable for over an hour.

…Also what is this gift, exactly? You’re going to have to explain it, because… I’m at a loss.

Last January, Loki brought Nari and Vali home from where they were being kept. They were in rough shape, and we didn’t mention anything about them for quite a while because we honestly didn’t know if they’d make it. In February 2017, we adopted an 8 week old corgi-valhund mix puppy (for them, but also for Loki), to try to give them a slice of “Midgardian Life”. They (Loki) named her Felan, or “Little Wolf”, and they loved her.

Whether it was misunderstanding, miscommunication, or just because they could, the Twins (along with Hela, and quite possibly all of their siblings) used their seidr (along with me and Loki’s DNA) and made her… more. She had a rough start, and her future’s a mystery, but no matter what shape she takes she’s a Good Girl and we’re proud of her.

Today’s her second (and sixth…ish) birthday. We couldn’t love her more, and can’t imagine life without her.

Happy Birthday, Pupper Girl.

(Please don’t destroy the house during your inevitable sugar rush)

Fel’s birthday is in 3 days, which means I have just under 48 hours to convince her that “creamy barbecue sauce and ham and pickle pinwheels with sprinkles” aren’t the best birthday treats for her kindergarten class.

(Or for human consumption in general.)
